Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We want our customers to LOVE our products. If you get a product home and are not 100% happy with it, please contact us. We will be happy to work with you, and give you a full refund or exchange if absolutely desired (obviously within reason).

Quality & Safety

Being mothers ourselves, we know how important safety is for your baby. All of our handmade baby items are made with utmost attention and care. 

All of our handmade soother clips and beaded teethers are tested by us for strength and durability numerous times, before getting into your hands.

All of our teethers are made of 100% food grade silicone. BPA, PVC, lead, phthalate & cadmium free. They are third party tested, and certified to meet Canadian Safety Standards. Always check product for wear & tear before use. Child should not be left unattended with product. 

We are extremely confident in the safety of our products, otherwise we would not sell them. That being said, if there is ever any concern over a product - please reach out to us!
